What it does
A clear read on whether your latest Expo app update is healthy: crash rate, launches, unique users and bundle size, for each published update. You can answer is the new release crashing more than the last one in minutes. The skill uses the Expo command line tool, so it needs to be installed and signed in. It lists recent update groups, then pulls per-platform launches, failed launches, crash rate and daily numbers for the one you pick. For a channel and runtime, it shows how many users run the embedded build and how many run over-the-air updates, and which updates are most popular. It reports totals only. It cannot show a single user's crash or device detail.
You give it
- Your Expo app or project folder
- The update or channel to check
- Runtime version (optional)
- An Expo login
You get
- Crash and failed launch rates
- Launch and unique user counts
- Embedded and over-the-air user split
- Most popular updates and payload size
Use it when
- You just pushed an update and want to know if it is crashing.
- You need to compare two releases quickly.
- You want to know how many users still run the old build.
- You want to check bundle size before the next push.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run commands and sign in to Expo.
