What it does
Blitzscaling means putting speed ahead of efficiency to win a market fast. It can win a market, and it can burn a company that was never in a race. The cost is real: waste, chaos and bets on things you do not yet know. This skill tests whether the conditions for a fast push hold. It asks if the product is worth more as more people use it, how people find it, whether the market rewards the fastest mover and is still uncertain, and whether your business model can scale and there is room to grow. If the answer is yes, it lists what will break first, who owns each risk and what the efficiency losses cost. If no, it offers a slower plan that still builds the network.
You give it

- How new people find it today
- What you know about rivals, market size and how fast the market is moving

- Plan (optional)
You get
- Each of four conditions marked yes, no or unknown, with the evidence
- A clear answer: push now, not yet or slower
- If yes, the things that will break first with an owner for each
- If no, a slower plan that still builds the network
