What it does
A clear structure for how your brands, sub-brands and products relate, with a name rule for each, so customers are never confused. It picks the model that fits your goals and then applies it to your real list. The skill lays out each option: one master brand with plain sub-names, a house of separate brands, or a mix. For each it gives an example, when it suits, and its main risk. It asks about your parent brand, current and planned products, audience overlap, how competitors are set up, and whether you want the parent brand to grow or each product to stand alone.
You give it
- Your parent brand and category
- A list of products and services
- Planned additions
- Whether the parent or each product should lead
- Brand brain (optional)
You get
- A recommended brand structure
- A map of how each brand relates
- Naming rules for new products
- Risks to watch
Use it when
- You have several products and no naming rule.
- You are adding a new product and don't know where it fits.
- Two brands you own overlap and confuse buyers.
- You plan to enter a new market with a new audience.
How to use it
