What it does
Before you spend hours digging up files, you get a short checklist of exactly what proof your dispute needs. Tell it the reason on the dispute, and it sorts each item into have, get, check or not available, with the spot in Shopify where you can find it. It starts with five quick checks: is this an inquiry or a real chargeback, the due date, whether you already refunded, whether Shopify Protect applies, and whether the customer may simply be right. Then it shows the fee against the amount at stake so you can choose to fight or accept. It also lists what to leave out, because the wrong evidence can weaken a case.
