What it does

A plan for finding out whether a change in your teaching actually works. You write a question about your own practice, and you get a full cycle: how to gather evidence, how to read it, and what to do next. The skill helps you sharpen the question until it can be answered. It matches data collection to your time and setting: test scores, student work, short surveys, observation notes. It plans when to collect, how to keep the load small, and how to look for patterns without bias. It also builds in a check on what you did and what changed, plus a way to share findings with colleagues. If you work alone or in a team, the plan adjusts.
