What it does
A set of battle cards and a pricing landscape for the rivals in your market, built from three rounds of research. Sales gets a one-page answer to each competitor, and you see where each one is weak. Claude takes a short intake first and reuses any earlier market work it finds in your folder. It then researches rivals in three waves, covering product, pricing and what customers say. It combines the findings into a feature grid and a list of strategic weak points. Each battle card then covers how to win, how to answer their strengths and what to ask a buyer. It saves progress so a long run can resume, and it takes roughly fifteen to twenty minutes.
