What it does
A scored teardown of how a rival's product, pricing and customer experience stack up against yours, with a short list of what to do next. It turns scattered facts into something a team can act on. You pick two to four competitors. Claude collects signals from at least three sources each, such as the website, reviews, job posts and SEO, and checks you have pricing, twenty or more reviews and hiring counts before moving on. It scores twelve dimensions, each with evidence. It then fills templates for a feature matrix, pricing review, SWOT, positioning map and UX audit. Findings become quick wins, medium term moves and strategic bets, and can be packaged for stakeholders.
