What it does
A first draft of a freelance contract, proposal, scope of work, NDA or master services agreement, with the clauses that fit your deal and your country. It saves you starting from a blank page or a template that does not match. You tell it the work, the price, the parties and where you operate. It picks a template, fills in payment terms, ownership of the work, confidentiality, warranties, liability limits and how either side can end the deal. Jurisdiction notes cover Delaware, EU data rules, the UK and German-speaking countries. Output is plain Markdown with steps to convert it to Word. It is a starting point, so have a lawyer read it before you sign.
