What it does
A structured risk report on a contract: the key clauses, who owes what, and every risk rated by how severe it is. You see the dangerous parts first instead of finding them on page twelve. The skill reads the full text and pulls out the main clauses, such as payment, term, ending the deal, liability and ownership. It lists duties for each party with dates. Each risk gets a severity rating and a short reason, plus a suggested change. It works with software agreements, freelance contracts and similar deals. It stays inside safe limits, so it does not say you should sign or not. It is not legal advice, so a lawyer should confirm anything serious.
