What it does
A clause-by-clause review of a vendor or customer contract against your own negotiation rules, with each clause rated green, yellow or red and wording you can send back as edits. You arrive at the negotiation knowing which fights matter. You provide the contract and your playbook of standard positions. It reads each clause, compares it with your rules, and rates the gap. For yellow and red items it writes suggested redlines and a fallback position. It then summarises business impact and a negotiation order, with must-haves first. If a contract system is connected, it can route the result there. A lawyer should check the final edits.
