What it does
A two-minute summary of a contract, written so a busy person knows what matters before signing. It gives the pages the same attention a careful friend would, in words you use every day. It works from a contract that has already been reviewed. It asks which side you are on, then keeps the summary to a hard length cap. It quotes only what it needs, turns legal wording into plain terms, and leaves out clauses that do not affect you. If the review found problems, they come first. Tone stays calm, with no alarm and no false comfort. It is a first check, not legal advice, so use it to decide what to ask a lawyer.
You give it
- The contract text
- Notes from a prior review (optional)
- Which side you are on
- Who will read the summary
