What it does
When you favour an idea, facts that support it stick in your mind and facts against it slip away. A few weeks later the idea feels proven, and you could not say why. The fix is plain: write the awkward fact down the day you meet it. This skill states your belief in one line, then builds a log with a date, the fact, where it came from and which part of the belief it hits. It marks the facts you are most likely to forget because you dislike them. On a set day each week it walks you through a review, asks what the belief can still explain, and restates or narrows the belief when the log keeps growing.
You give it
- The belief or plan you are working on, in a sentence or two
- Facts that already go against it (optional)
- The day of the week you can review (optional)
You get
- A one-line version of your belief
- A log table ready to fill in, with the rows you already have
- A weekly review script and a restated belief after each review
Use it when
- You are building a plan or theory and feel sure of it already.
- Something odd keeps turning up and you keep brushing it aside.
- You want a team to track doubts in one place instead of in heads.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Write the belief as you would say it to a friend. Add any facts you have been ignoring.
- Copy the log into a note or sheet you open every day.
- Add to the log the same day you meet a fact against the belief.
- On your review day, paste the log back in and run the review.
