What it does
A funnel you can trust and the true cost of each stage, built from your CRM snapshot and ad spend. It stops late edits and double counted spend from distorting your cost per lead or per win. The skill first sets stage truth from a complete snapshot as of a given date, with one row per lead and stage. A later loss does not erase an earlier win, and unknown stays unknown, not false. Spend is matched to CRM records only through an exact campaign key, then bucketed as matched, ambiguous, unmatched, unattributed or spend only. It never adds repeated stage spend. It also plans a safe refresh of changed partitions. Needs SQL data with clear source keys.
