What it does
Customers rarely announce they are leaving. They just stop buying. This reads your Shopify orders and scores every repeat customer for churn risk, from 0 to 100, based on how overdue they are. For each customer with at least two orders it works out their usual gap between purchases. It then compares that to the time since their last order. Someone who is within their normal rhythm scores low. Someone at one and a half times their usual gap or more gets flagged as at risk. You can set the history window, the minimum orders and the risk threshold. It only reads data and changes nothing. It needs Shopify access.
