What it does
Piles of interview notes turn into a decision when they are sorted properly. Paste interviews, support tickets, call notes or survey answers and you get clear patterns with what each one means for your product. It tags what people said, groups similar tags into patterns, gives each pattern a name, and draws out the product implication and the choice it supports. It avoids two traps: handing over raw data with no conclusions, and a polished story that nobody uses. It marks how strong each pattern is, so weak guesses are not presented as facts. It suits one batch of research, not ongoing feedback feeds.
You give it
- Interview notes, transcripts, tickets or survey data
- The decision the research should inform
- Who the participants were (optional)
You get
- Tagged observations
- Named patterns with evidence strength
- Product implications for each pattern
- Decisions and open questions
Use it when
- You ran a dozen customer calls and have a pile of notes.
- You are reviewing support tickets to plan next quarter.
- Past research never led to a decision and you want to fix that.
- You need a short readout for a product meeting.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
