What it does
New customers who do not reach a first win tend to leave. Describe your product and your customers and you get an onboarding plan with phases, task lists, email templates, milestones and owners. It starts with three to five measurable milestones, like a first report built or three teammates active. Then it splits onboarding into phases with entry and exit rules and a time range, such as Welcome, Setup, Adoption and Review. Each phase gets tasks with owners and due dates counted from day zero. It writes the emails: welcome, kickoff agenda, check-in, milestone and a risk alert. It adds escalation rules, such as a nudge when a task is two days late.
