What it does
A technical write up becomes something a VP, finance lead or product manager can act on, with the original kept in an appendix for the experts. You paste your findings and name the reader. The skill scans for jargon terms, scores reading level before and after, and aims for grade 10 or lower for executives. It picks a reader profile with their typical vocabulary and questions. Then it swaps technical phrases for plain equivalents, such as turning a p-value below 0.05 into confidence that a result is not chance, and adds a simple comparison for hard ideas. Output is a side by side version with the technical text preserved. It runs small scripts in Python.
