What it does
A launch plan that covers more than shipping the code: messaging, sales and support prep, a rollout schedule, and clear triggers for rolling back. Many features fail because nobody launched them. The skill starts by separating three things: shipping means the code is live, releasing means users can reach it, and launching means people know and are ready. It sizes the work by launch tier, so a small tweak gets a short list and a big feature gets the full plan. You get tasks by owner and date, a staged rollout, the metrics to watch, and the exact numbers that mean pause or roll back. It also helps audit a past launch that went quiet.
