What it does
A plan for turning free SaaS users into paying ones at the right moment, including paywalls, upgrade messages, win-back emails and steps to reduce cancellations. First it checks your free model: free forever, trial or none. It then finds the points where a user has clearly got value, such as hitting a limit after real use, and puts the upgrade offer there instead of blocking everything. It designs paywall screens, plan differences, and when to offer a cheaper plan instead of letting someone leave. It also adds win-back and churn prevention flows. It avoids both an aggressive paywall and a free plan that never asks.
