What it does
A price page you can defend: what to charge for, how many plans to offer and which pricing tests to run next. Give it your product and your customers. First it finds your value metric, the thing you charge by. A good one grows with use, is easy to predict and needs no calculator. Next it finds a price range with the Van Westendorp survey, four questions that mark too cheap, a bargain, expensive and too expensive. Then it lays out good, better and best tiers and adds anchoring and plan naming. It ends with tests to run and a view of rival prices.
You give it
- What your product does and who buys it
- Current prices (optional)
- Competitor prices (optional)
- Cost to serve a customer (optional)
You get
- A recommended value metric
- A price range with a survey method
- A three-tier plan layout
- A list of pricing tests
Use it when
- You are launching and have no idea what to charge.
- Customers say your price is fine but growth is flat, and you suspect it is too low.
- You want to add tiers and need to know what goes in each.
- You plan a price rise and want to test it first.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
