What it does
A plan to keep more subscribers: a cancel flow that asks why, save offers that match each reason, and a way to win back failed payments. You describe your product, billing setup and why people leave, and you get the full set. It treats two kinds of loss separately. Voluntary churn is people choosing to cancel, so it designs exit questions, pause and downgrade options and offers that fit the reason given. Involuntary churn is cards that fail, so it plans retry timing, reminder emails and updates to saved cards. It also looks for usage drops that warn of a cancel before it happens, and checks local rules that require easy cancelling.

You get

Use it when
- Your monthly cancel rate is climbing and you do not know why.
- Cancelling takes one click and you offer nothing in return.
