What it does
Pick the right way to rank your backlog from nine proven methods, then get the steps to use it. Describe your list and team and the skill matches a method to your situation. It covers Opportunity Score, ICE, RICE and others with their formulas. Opportunity Score uses survey data on importance and satisfaction to rank customer problems. ICE and RICE score ideas on impact, confidence, reach and effort. The key rule is to rank problems, not features, and never let customers design solutions. You get the method, a scoring template and an example of how to read the results.
