What it does
Find where company strategy gets lost before it reaches the people doing the work. Give it company goals and team plans and it flags orphan goals with no link upward, goals that conflict, silos, and strategy gaps no team owns. It starts with a simple test: ask five people from five teams for the top priority. If they disagree, the cascade cannot work yet, and that gets fixed first. Then it maps each level from company to team to person, and a script checks the alignment of your goals. The idea is that the further a goal sits from its source, the less it matches the original intent.
