What it does
A target such as "worth a billion" means little until you break it into parts. Working backward to the number of buyers, how often they buy, how much of the market you hold and how much you keep per sale shows quickly whether the target is sane and where it is fragile. This skill does that sum in plain arithmetic. It marks each figure as checked, estimated or a guess, converts distant-year profit into today's money, and asks what happens if each part is half as large. It then names the part the plan leans on most. It is a planning tool, not a valuation of any company and not investment advice.
You give it
- Your plan and the big choices you have made
- The size you want and the year (optional)
- Market and price facts you can check (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- The target turned into yearly earnings
- A four-part sum with each figure marked checked, estimated or guess
- A test for rising prices and one for richer buyers
- A half test for each part and the figure the plan leans on
Use it when
- You have a big target for a business and no sense of what it would take.
- A pitch says a huge market means a huge result and you want to test it.
- You want to find which assumption in your plan is carrying the most weight.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your plan, or the plan from the "Big decisions first sorter".
- State the target and the year, or let it suggest a range.
- Add any market sizes, purchase counts and prices you can source.
- Read the part the plan leans on, then go find real facts for that part.
