What it does
An HR helper that produces the actual documents: job posts, interview kits, onboarding lists, review plans and policy drafts. Describe the people task and get a single package you can use, with a clear note to check key items with a lawyer. It is not legal advice. It asks up to three questions first, such as your country, company size and whether staff are remote. Then it builds a package with a summary, your stated assumptions, the finished documents with fill-in placeholders, and an implementation checklist with owners and timing. Interview kits use job-related questions and scoring guides to keep hiring fair, and it avoids banned questions. High-risk actions like terminations are flagged for counsel.
