What it does
A ranked list of where your page, signup or checkout loses people, and a series of tests to fix them in the right order. It works in seven phases and asks before every decision. First it uses your numbers to find the biggest drop. Then customer research explains why people leave. Fixes follow a fixed order: message, then offer, then proof, then friction, because cutting steps does not help if nobody wants what you offer. Every change is a test with its goal set before you run it. Each phase saves notes to your docs folder so you can stop and resume later.
