What it does
A set-up that lets your AI work toward a goal that takes days, without losing what it learned along the way. It acts like a chief of staff: it plans, hands out work, and keeps notes. The main chat does no heavy work itself. It sends tasks to background helpers so its own memory stays clear, and passes them short pointers to notes instead of long copies of text. It keeps a wiki, a folder of linked markdown pages with an index, so lessons survive past the end of a session. It also suggests recurring schedules that move the goal forward. It thinks on two tracks: finishing the task now, and improving things so the next task goes better.
You give it
- The goal and a rough deadline
- Where the notes folder should live
- Tools or helpers your AI can use
- Recurring checks you want (optional)
You get
- A coordination plan
- A notes wiki with an index
- Tasks split across helpers
- Suggested recurring schedules
Use it when
- Your project will take days or weeks and one chat cannot hold it all.
- You want helpers running in the background while you keep talking to your AI.
- You keep re-explaining the same background at the start of each session.
- You want regular check-ins scheduled toward a goal.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run subagents and set schedules.
