What it does
Before you spend months building, you get a short plan that tests the parts most likely to be wrong. The riskiest guesses come first, with a cheap way to check each. The skill sets one outcome with a baseline and a target date, then lists your guesses in four groups: do people want it, will it make money, can you build it and can people use it. Each guess is scored by risk and by how much evidence you have. You get interview questions to confirm the problem is frequent and painful, prototype tests that watch behaviour instead of opinions, and a one to two week sprint plan. It ends with a clear call: go ahead, change direction or stop.
