What it does
Most store owners judge a post by its own numbers and then give up on the format. One flop tells you very little. A whole month of posts, grouped by format and hook, tells you a lot. This skill reads your posts in groups. It makes three lists: top by views, top by followers gained, and top by deep comments, because these are often different posts. It studies the flops, picks the metric that fits your goal, checks how many viewers stay past three seconds, and sets one test: one idea in several versions, posted close together. The score measures how sound your testing is, not how good your posts are. Growth figures in the sources come from single coaches, not studies.
You give it
- Your last 20 or more posts, each with format, hook, topic and date
- Views, 3-second hold or watch rate, shares, comments, follows, and link or DM clicks
- Your goal this month, growth or sales
- Which platform the numbers come from (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- Winners and flops grouped by format and hook type
- The metric to chase for your goal
- One idea set up as a test in several versions
- Keep, change or drop for each format, and a score out of 100
Use it when
- You have posted for a few weeks and cannot tell which kind of post works.
- One post did well and you do not know how to repeat it.
- You are about to change your plan and want data behind the change.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your posts as a simple table with one row per post. Export it from your analytics or type it in.
- Say your goal this month, growth or sales.
- Read the three lists first, then the flops, then the keep, change or drop calls.
- Post the test it sets up, all close together, and run this skill again next month.
