What it does
Forms and screens are often written in the words of the people who built them: codes, labels and terms that mean something only inside the company. Users guess, make mistakes or call support. This skill names who uses the text and marks who likes symbols and who wants words. It collects the words each group already says out loud and replaces every code, label and bit of jargon with them. Each instruction starts with one verb so it reads as a command. It reads the result aloud and fixes every sentence where you stumble, then lists the questions a new hire with no help would still ask. Every step of the original is kept.
You give it
- The form, screen text, menu or process steps
- Who uses it, and the words they use for the things in it
- A buyer or user profile (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
You get
- A rewrite in the words your users say
- A list of old terms and their replacements
- Instructions that start with a verb
- A read-aloud check and the questions a new hire would still ask
Use it when
- Customers or staff keep misreading a form, screen or set of steps.
- Your text uses internal terms, codes or vendor words that users do not say.
- You are writing instructions for someone who has had no training.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the text exactly as it appears, and say who uses it.
- Paste a few real messages or calls from users, so it can pick up their words.
- Read the result aloud to someone. Mark any line where you stumble.
- Give it to a new person with no help and note what they ask.
