What it does
Most reviews go flat. People are tired, nobody wants to reopen an old argument, and the group falls back on thanks and a few safe remarks. A lot of the value of a review comes before the meeting, because writing down what you really think makes you think it through. This skill plans that part. It varies the format so people cannot game it. It sets a simple two-list form, five to do again and five never again, because people are more honest when the good sits beside the bad. It picks a few neutral numbers, such as time estimated against time spent. It also names who outside the room will hear the lessons.
