What it does
A promotion calendar that shows what to run and when. It shows how much extra each deal should sell and how much stock to have ready. A good promo then does not end in empty shelves or a warehouse full of leftovers. You share past promotions, normal sales, trade spend and lead times. The skill estimates the lift for each deal type, such as price cuts, features, displays and multi-buys. It checks the return after trade costs and flags deals that only pull sales forward. Then it turns the lift into extra production and stock by location, tests it against capacity, and spaces events so they do not compete.
