What it does
A week-by-week plan that says what to make, how many and when. You can promise delivery dates with confidence. It balances your sales forecast and customer orders against what your capacity can really build. First the skill asks how you make things (to stock, to order or assembled to order), your planning horizon and your bottlenecks. Then it builds a schedule by week. It shows forecast against orders, projected stock, planned production lots and the quantity you can still promise. A rough check tests the plan against critical resources. The plan is adjusted until it fits, and it can feed your materials planning.
