What it does
Know whether your plant, warehouse or team can handle next quarter's demand before you promise it. You get a clear view of where the squeeze is, which resource limits everything else, and what it would cost to close the gap. You describe the kind of capacity you plan (machines, space, labour, trucks), the time frame, and your demand forecast with its swings. The skill compares load against what you can really produce, works out utilisation for each resource, and finds the bottleneck. It then lays out options such as overtime, extra shifts, outsourcing or buying equipment, and weighs each against budget and lead time.
