It begins by learning how you plan today, who attends, how many products you handle and where it hurts. Then it lays out the standard monthly cycle: update demand, check supply, find the gaps, resolve what staff can, and take the rest to leadership. Inputs, outputs and measures for each step are listed. It also helps you track forecast accuracy and service levels so the meeting improves over time.
