What it does
A clear rule set for where each online order ships from, plus a plan for in-store pickup. It helps a retailer with shops, warehouses and a website sell more without paying for extra shipping. The skill starts with your channel mix, current delivery times, pickup take-up, ship-from-store rate and cost per order. It then compares fulfilment models: buy online and pick up in store, ship from store, ship from the distribution centre and supplier direct. It builds rules for picking the best location per order, balancing speed, cost and stock. It covers inventory visibility, split shipments and pick efficiency, and sets targets to track. Needs your own numbers to give useful answers.

- Current delivery times and costs
- Goals such as speed or cost
