What it does
Before you answer a buyer's request, see how well you fit it, where you fall short and how to run a trial that wins the deal. You get numbers for fit, a clear comparison with rivals and a trial plan. You give the buyer's requirements and your product's abilities. The skill scores coverage of the requirements and counts must-have gaps, with a rule for when to proceed. It builds a feature table against competitors, then plans the proof of concept in phases: discovery, solution design, the trial itself, review and handover. Each phase has a checklist, success measures and a check before moving on. Python scripts run the scoring.
You give it
- Buyer's request or requirements list
- Your product's features and gaps
- Known competitors
- Customer's technical setup (optional)
- Trial length (optional)
You get
- Requirement coverage score
- Count of must-have gaps
- Competitor feature table
- Phased trial plan with success checks
Use it when
- A buyer sends a long requirements list and you must decide if you can win.
- You need a table showing how you compare with rivals.
- A customer wants a trial and you need clear success criteria.
