What it does
A pull request body built for fast review: one picture of the change, proof it works, and a plain warning about how risky the merge is. Reviewers get the point in seconds. The template has three parts. Summary uses the smallest view that makes the point, such as pseudocode, a call tree, a component tree, a file tree, a diagram or a diff. Evidence shows before and after, like a failing then passing test or screenshots. Merge Danger states whether the change is one-way or reversible, plus its blast radius. It skips preambles, keeps prose brief and uses your project's own terms.
You give it
- Your changes or diff
- Before and after evidence
- Project glossary (optional)
- Whether the change can be undone
You get
- Pull request body in a set template
- A diagram, tree or code sketch of the change
- Before and after evidence section
- Merge risk rating
Use it when
- Reviewers skim long pull requests and miss the point.
- You want to prove a fix works with before and after output.
- The change is hard to undo and reviewers should know it.
- You prefer a diagram to three paragraphs of text.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
Workflows that use it
- Find what is slow, fix it and show the numbers
- Fix a bug with proof and a clear pull request
- Fix API security gaps with tests and a pull request
- Turn an idea into a spec, tickets and tested code
