What it does
Notes from a call, photos of a job, or an RFP become a branded, priced proposal ready to send. It uses your own templates and past prices, so quotes look the same each time and stop eating your evenings. It asks one question first: where does the source material live? Then it reads it and builds a picture of what the customer wants, limits, what is out of scope, and any dates or budget. It names the gaps out loud, so a guessed square footage does not become a lost job. You get Word and PDF files you can send yourself. When it works with connected tools, it can route the proposal for signature and trigger the deposit invoice.
