What it does
The themes in your interviews, surveys or support tickets, ranked by how often they come up and backed by real quotes. You stop reading piles of notes and start seeing the pattern. You give it any mix of notes, transcripts, survey answers and feedback, and say what decision the work informs. It reads everything, groups similar comments into themes and counts how many sources mention each. For every theme you get supporting quotes and a note on how strong the evidence is. It then turns the themes into recommendations tied to your question. If your tools are connected, it can pull tickets, usage data and meeting notes itself.
