What it does
Not every bad review means a bad product. Some come from a buyer who wanted something your product was never built to do. A claim, a photo or an ad angle drew that buyer in, the product did what it was built to do, and the review was still one star. Reviews work like a report card on every promise made before the purchase. This skill reads your low reviews for that mismatch. It asks one question of each: did the product fail the job it was built for, or was it hired for a different job? It counts the groups, sends only real failures to your product list, and traces the rest back to the claim that promised something else. Then it writes not-for lines, honest descriptions of the real experience, and a list of same-job reviews to pin on your page.
You give it
- 1 to 3 star reviews, return reasons and refund notes, pasted (30 or more)
- Your current page headline, ad angles and main claims
- Your avatar cards or job spec (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
You get
- Each low review tagged: product failure, wrong job, expectation set by your page or ad, or delivery
- The page or ad claim that drew each wrong-job group
- Not-for lines and claim edits, with where each goes (near the buy button, in the ad, in the FAQ)
- A short list of same-job reviews to pin, and a promise-match score out of 100
Use it when
- Your star rating is lower than your product deserves, and the complaints do not match what the product is.
- Returns come from buyers who say "I thought it would".
- You are about to change a headline or an ad angle and want to know which claims draw the wrong buyer.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the low reviews and return notes as they are, with the date and the product. Remove reviewer names first.
- Paste your headline, ad angles and main claims, as they run today.
- Start with the product-failure list if it is more than half of the lows. Fix the product before the copy.
- Test one new not-for line on one ad set or one page first, and run it again in 30 days.
