What it does
What customers say changes. A new reason to buy shows up, a doubt gets louder, a group of wrong-fit buyers starts leaving low reviews. Most stores read reviews when something goes wrong, and the brand file stays as it was on the day it was written. This agent reads each month's new customer words and compares them with what your brand file already says. It counts separate people, not loud ones. New phrases and doubts need at least three people before it proposes a change, and one-off comments go on a watch list. If low reviews rose, it checks whether they came from buyers who wanted something else. It never edits your brand file. You get exact lines to approve, each with the customer words behind it.

How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to run this month's review.
- Put your brand file and this month's new customer words in one folder, or attach them in the chat.
- The first run builds the base in a voice folder and compares nothing. The second run is the first real comparison.
- Read the change list. Approve the lines you want, and ask it to make only those in the brand file.
- Run it again next month. It reads the voice folder for last month's reasons and doubts.
