What it does
Three to five different ways your product could earn money, each with who pays, the risks and a cheap test to run first. You choose with evidence instead of gut feel. You describe the product, who it is for, what they might pay and what the business needs most: growth, users or profit. For every model, the skill explains how it works, why it fits your audience, and a rough picture of acquisition cost, customer value and break-even time. It lists risks like churn and weak pricing, and compares how competitors charge. The last part is a low-effort experiment, such as a fake door page or pre-sale, to check demand before you build.
