What it does
A blunt review of your product or feature that says what to cut and what to fix, with a score out of ten. It judges your work the way Steve Jobs ran product reviews: start with the customer, then subtract. A quick diagnostic checks seven things and counts passes. Seven is a ten, six is a nine, and two or fewer is a three or lower. Areas include simplicity, focus, what you refuse to do, whether the whole experience works from first run to daily use, and whether it demos well. It asks if a need was designed away or just hidden. You get the failed checks and the cuts needed to reach ten.
