What it does
Most failed plans were not weak everywhere. They were strong on the product and silent on one thing, such as how to reach buyers, or why now. One missing answer is enough to sink them. This skill asks the seven questions in turn and gives each a score from a fixed rule. It will not let a strong score on one hide a fatal gap on another. It ends with a go, fix or stop call and the one task that matters most.

How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your plan and any earlier checks. Say who is on the team and whether they work full time.
- Answer its questions for any gap. A fact you do not have is marked missing, not guessed.
- Do the first fix it names before you spend more on the idea, then run the score again.
