What it does
A plan for a late, lost or damaged shipment, with the claim paperwork and carrier messages ready to send. Acting fast and documenting well decides whether you get paid. You describe what happened. It sorts the problem into a type (transit delay, visible damage, hidden damage, loss, dispute) because each type has its own steps, deadlines and proof. It tells you what to photograph and note on the delivery receipt, whether fault lies with the carrier or an event outside their control, and when to file. It then drafts the claim, the carrier email and the customer update, in the order that protects your money and the relationship.
