What it does
A team can work hard all week and the business can still lose money, because nobody sees which part earns and which part leaks. Money totals hide this. A busy unit that takes 40 hours to earn 200 looks the same as a quiet one that earns 200 in 8, until you count hours. This skill cuts the business into small units, names one leader for each, and counts income, costs and hours for every unit. It divides to get profit per hour, builds a one-page weekly sheet, and sets a rule for when a unit needs a review. It also checks that each unit's goal fits the whole business goal, so units do not win at each other's cost.
You give it
- Your teams, services or product lines, and who works in each
- Income, costs and hours for each, for a recent week or month
- Your overall goal for the business (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- A list of small units, each with one named leader
- Profit per hour for every unit, with the working shown
- A one-page weekly sheet and a review rule
- Notes on shared costs and on goals that clash
Use it when
- Everyone is busy but money is still tight, and you cannot say which part pays.
- A team has grown past the point where one person can see all of it.
- You want each person to see their own result without reading a full report.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- List your teams, what each one sold and spent, and the hours worked. Rough figures are fine if you say so.
- Check the units it proposes. Move anyone who sits in two units.
- Print the weekly sheet and share each unit's line with its leader.
