What it does
Busy weeks often end with a lot done and the main project untouched. Small tasks feel good because they finish fast. Big tasks pay back for weeks, but they wait because they are harder to start. This prompt sorts your list by that test. It finds the task that makes others easier, checks the one you have put off longest, and sends every small task to a batch, a person or the bin. Then it fits the big work into the hours you really have and picks exactly three priorities.
You give it
- Every open task, with rough hours
- Your real hours this week
- Your main goal this month
You get
- Each task marked big or small, with a reason
- The lever task and a verdict on the one you put off
- Small tasks batched, handed off or dropped
- Three priorities with protected time and tomorrow's list
Use it when
- Your list is long and the main project has not moved.
- You are starting a week and want a plan that fits your hours.
- You keep putting off the same task.
How to use it
- Copy the prompt and paste it into any AI chat (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini). Put your details underneath it.
- Count real hours, after meetings and travel.
- Include promises you made to others.
- Run it again at the start of each week.
