What it does
A long task list feels like work, and ticking off small items feels like progress. But a week of small wins can leave the one task that matters untouched, often the one you have put off longest. This skill lists everything on your plate and sorts it by what it pays back. It looks for the one task that would make several others easier or unneeded, and tests your most delayed task to see if it is the big one. It batches, hands off or drops the small tasks. Then it picks exactly three priorities for the week, fits them to your real hours, and writes tomorrow's list tonight.
You give it
- Every open task, in any order
- The hours you really have this week, after fixed commitments
- Your main goal this month or quarter
- Who else depends on each task (optional)
You get
- Each task sorted as big work or small work
- The one task that makes the others easier, and the task you have put off longest
- Small tasks batched, handed off or dropped
- Three priorities for the week with protected time, and tomorrow's list
Use it when
- Your list has forty items and you cannot tell which three count.
- You finish each day busy and the main project has not moved.
- You are starting a week and want a plan that fits the hours you really have.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste every task you can think of, and your hours for the week.
- Say what you most need to have done by the end of the month.
- Read the three priorities. Cut anything that does not fit your hours.
- Run it again each Sunday evening, and tonight for tomorrow.
