What it does
A plan for how a company you just bought will make more profit, with each idea tied to a number and an owner. You get a profit bridge and a clear list of what to do in the first 100 days. The skill starts with a baseline: revenue, profit, margins, team and quick wins from the deal review. Then it lists levers in three groups. Revenue levers include pricing, cross-selling, new markets and add-on purchases. Strategic levers include a shift to recurring revenue and stronger management. Each lever gets a start point, target, dollar effect, timing, cost and confidence. They roll into an annual profit bridge, with KPI targets and a named person responsible for each.
